Our Team

Joshua Gaston, B.S.

President | CEO | Executive Director

Joshua Gaston is the Founder and Executive Director of Rebuilding Broken Men Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping men and people from all walks of life heal from trauma, reclaim their identity, and rebuild their lives with purpose, accountability, and hope.

Joshua’s work is rooted in lived experience. Having navigated the long-term effects of childhood adversity, family instability, NICU life, and trauma, he understands firsthand how unaddressed wounds can shape health, relationships, and life outcomes well into adulthood. Rather than allowing pain to define him, Joshua committed himself to breaking cycles — not only in his own life, but in the lives of others, men, women, and children facing similar struggles.

Through Rebuilding Broken Men Inc., Joshua leads trauma-informed programs focused on mentorship, advocacy, emotional healing, character development, and generational restoration. His approach emphasizes responsibility alongside compassion, creating spaces where men are supported without being enabled, challenged without being shamed, and strengthened without being hardened.

Joshua is a trauma-informed professional speaker, advocate, and mentor who believes that while it may be easier to build strong children than to repair broken men, repairing broken men is still sacred work — work that transforms families, communities, and future generations.
